Terms of Service

Effective October 1, 2026

1. The service

PanelPrep provides simulated interviews generated by AI for practice. Interviewer personas, questions, scores and coaching are informed simulations, not predictions of what any real employer or person will ask or decide. Use your own judgment.

2. Your account

You must be 16 or older. You are responsible for activity under your email address. One free session per calendar month per person; creating multiple accounts to get more free sessions is not allowed and may result in termination.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the documents and answers you provide. You grant us the limited right to process them to deliver the service to you. Only upload material you have the right to use. Do not enter other people's sensitive personal data beyond interviewer names, titles and public professional notes needed for practice.

4. Payments and credits

Full-panel interview credits are sold one-time for the price shown at checkout. A credit is consumed when you start a full-panel interview. If a technical failure on our side prevents an interview from starting or ending with a deliberation, contact support@example.com within 14 days and we will restore the credit or refund it. Promo codes are single-use per account and may expire.

5. Fair use

Each session has a compute budget. When it is reached, the panel wraps up and you receive your deliberation. Automated access, scraping, reselling, or using the service to generate content unrelated to interview practice is prohibited.

6. Availability

We rely on third-party AI and speech providers. If they are unavailable, the panel may continue with pre-planned questions and coaching may be delayed. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee interview outcomes or employment. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed before they take effect.
